Relief 

These relief works explore both form and feeling. Objects pressed into clay leave traces that are captured in plaster, holding moments of presence and absence. Lifting the clay reveals the imprint beneath, echoing the sense of release or relief we feel emotionally.  Just as the clay bears the imprint of what was pressed into it, these reliefs carry traces of human touch and experience.
